Tournament Details:
Venue : Marbadi Sewa Samiti Bhawan, Damak-10, Jhapa
System of Play : The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System. 10 rounds will be played.
Tie Break : In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. However the Cash prizes will be shared.
Time Control : 90 min. + 30 sec. as an increment from beginning move.
Last Date of Entry : 15th September, Thursday(2068 Bhadra 29). Late entry shall be accepted with extra fee of Rs.250 on the venue till 19th September (Ashoj 2) 10 am.
- The Organizers have right to accept or reject any entry without giving any reason.
- Free Lodging will provide to all outstation players. Food facility also given to all Women candidates
- Age Proof Certificate is necessary for the claim of age group category prizes.
